I have known of Dobson and Clarke and their work for a few years, so after an undetected leak in my bathroom caused a great scale of damage to the bathroom floor, adjoining bedroom wall and living room ceiling together with living in a house that was in much need of some TLC, I contacted Gary at Dobson and Clarke for his help and advice. Gary is very patient, understanding and very honest with his advice and opinion. After a long period of consultations and a tight budget to work with Gary and his multi skilled team have fitted me a new bathroom complete with tiles and lighting, moved and rebuilt the damaged bedroom wall, removed an old cylinder cupboard and installed 3 new windows. The work carried out has been done to a high standard with regular updates, advice and guidance on the progress of work been carried out and has been the starting block for other projects which I will definitely ask Gary and his team to carry out. Gary from Dobson & Clarke was recommended to us more than 8 years ago. In that time, he has fitted a new condensing combi boiler, several new radiators and arranged for extensive works to be carried out to the inside and outside of our house, which has included a new roof covering, a complete re-render and tiling in the Kitchen. Throughout this time, we have been able to rely on Gary's professional approach to any project and would have no hesitation in recommending him and his team.

We have known Gary and his team for a number of years and have been delighted with the standard of work and professionalism that has been shown. During that time and to illustrate their versatility they have installed a combi boiler, a complete new bathroom, and have overseen a new extension to the property which doubled the original size of the existing kitchen and dining room. All this is in addition to the normal plumbing requirements that turn up from time to time!. Gary and his team fully fitted the kitchen with the latest range of furniture and appliances, tiled and enabled us to have the added benefit of under floor heating. The kitchen has now been transformed into a real family room with space, comfort and a pride in the finished room. After being recommended by a friend, we found Dobson and Clarke very thorough and professional on the installation on our wood burning stove installation, from the initial l inspection / quote to the completion on the works I couldn't be happier with how they conducted themselves and kept the whole area as clean as they could, Thank you Dobson and Clarke Ltd.

In December 2010, I went Christmas shopping for the day and return to find my bungalow flooded, after frozen pipes had burst throughout the ceilings, the water was up to my knee. My Insurance company was called it, but because it was mid December they couldn't arrange anything until after Christmas, devastated that my home was destroyed, a friend recommended I try Gary from Dobson & Clarke, as he was very accommodating on a problem they had, at their property, True to form, within a few hours, Gary had arranged drainage, dehumidifiers, quotes and commencements dates, in readiness for the insurance company, After a few months hard work, Dobson & Clarke had restored my home to its normal state, if not better, which I could not be more appreciative off, I would recommend them without question, as they have been very helpful, throughout the process, and could not fault the quality of work.

We have used Dobson and Clarke for a number of differing jobs over the last 30+ months. They range from small bathroom re-fits, tiling or fitting a toilet to knocking down walls and creating open plan kitchen/living space. Gary and the team always do a good job and deal with whatever they find. Danny in particular is meticulous and conscientious. They deal with short notice problems and small jobs just as promptly as the big ones. We have no problem with recommending them.

We always use Dobson and Clarke for all the building work on our house Their plumbing work in particular is second to none. A couple of years ago we had woodworm in the whole of the front of our house. Dobson and Clarke were able to fix it without us having to move out. So this included new woodwork, replastering and painting. They were also able to find a solution to make our first floor balcony more secure. We were very pleased with the results.

I recently needed a boiler service but couldn't find an engineer locally that I wouldn't have to wait 2 weeks for, so I found Garys number from the Worcester website and within a few days he had arrange and serviced my boiler with efficiency and speed. While he was there I was discussing some home improvements, which to my pleasure he informed me that he would be able to quote me for a new front door and windows to the front of my house. I received my quote the following evening and 3 weeks later I'm enjoying my new windows and door, I'm so impressed with how Gary has delt with my requests and especially want to say thanks to his team who were friendly and professional and left me with no mess. I'm currently needing a new kitchen and shower room and know that I can rely on Gary for a fair quote and a smooth job, thank you all at Dobson and Clarke
